What to Expect:
➡️Answer inbound client calls to address needs ranging from routine balance and transaction questions.
➡️Utilize available tools and resources to provide timely, accurate resolution.
➡️Monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to card usage and deliver a great customer experience.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:
✅High school diploma or equivalent required.
✅Must be 18 years of age or older.
✅Previous customer service experience preferred (call center or remote experience is a plus).
✅Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
✅Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
✅Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support systems.
✅Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
