Customer Service Agent- Remote
ComuServe Telecom is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive and professional experience.
Your Area of Responsibility
✅Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
✅Provide exceptional service through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
✅Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion.
✅Proactively work to resolve customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible.
✅Maintain a calm and professional approach when addressing and de-escalating concerns.
✅Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
✅Accurately document all customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
✅Identify trends in customer concerns and provide feedback to improve service quality.
What We’re Looking For
✔️High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔️Must be 18 years of age or older.
✔️Previous customer service experience preferred (call center or remote experience is a plus but not required).
✔️Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
✔️Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
✔️Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support systems.
✔️Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
